Jennifer Eggert has over a decade of experience creating innovative and authentic opportunities for learners. She started in the business of public education as she coached instructors in creating engaging learning experiences through professional development opportunities. Specializing in creating motivating ways to acquire and share knowledge, she is driven by her "color outside the lines" personal and professional philosophy. 

Her current professional responsibilities include global training development & strategy, instructional design, and technical training. She is always nerding out about applying Adult Learning Principles to everything she does.

When she's not crafting graphics, videos, guides, and more, she can be found breaking it down in her dance classes or spending time with her husband, Ross and daughter, Bella. She is always down for deep conversations and watching reality TV love shows.
